To remove the duplicate fonts, select the library you wish to remove the font from.If you prefer to not make a choice on any particular font you can simply press the “Okay” button without making a selection, or click the ] list item and press “Okay”.For each font match it finds it will tell you what font it is and what libraries it is found in.

However, if you do have duplicate fonts in multiple libraries, you will get a message saying how many font matches it found and a little introduction with instructions on how to use the script. If there are no duplicate fonts in your FontAgent Pro libraries, you will get a message saying there are no duplicates.Click the Script menu, then select the “Remove Duplicate Fonts” item.
The script is located in the Script menu (it’s the menu item that looks like a script and is between the “Window” and “Help” menu).

Although it can be set to 'verify fonts,' FontAgent Pro still fails to warn of a font’s internal oddities for example, I have some old TrueType fonts that used to work, but under Mac OS X they don’t (in one of them, for example, typing 'A' gives an 'L'), and FontAgent Pro isn’t getting me any closer to understanding why. Also, it doesn’t prevent possible conflicts within itself it lets you import two non-identical fonts with the same name and activate them, even though the system won’t distinguish them. This means it doesn’t tell you what fonts are activated through the system, and it doesn’t tell you whether activating a font through FontAgent might cause some sort of conflict with a system-based font.
